Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures.
Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Train employees on EHS protocols and promote a culture of safety.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
Manage waste disposal, pollution control, and other environmental management activities.
Prepare and present EHS reports and documentation to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
